Video Moment Collection Service

Video Sharing: Capture Event Moments in Motion

Every guest can record videos during your event using their smartphone. By scanning a QR code, they can record and share videos without installing an app. All videos are automatically collected in one gallery. Download, edit and share them on social media.

Why video sharing is more important than photos

Photos freeze a moment; videos keep it alive. Only video can capture the soul, sound and music of your event, its movement and emotion.

  • Photos are silent; videos tell a living story
  • Speech, laughter, music and dancing only exist in video
  • Years later you can relive the event
  • Social media engagement increases by 300% with videos
  • Short videos (Reels, TikTok) give you ready-made content

Our video sharing system collects the most natural videos from your guests. The candid moments captured by people without professional cameras are often the most valuable ones.

How does video sharing work?

Our system works in four steps:

Guests who don't want to show their face can remain anonymous. At family events, candid videos are recorded; at corporate events, professional footage results.

Technical specifications and compatibility

The video sharing system is compatible with all devices:

  • iOS and Android: Full compatibility
  • Resolution: Support up to 4K
  • File size: Automatic optimization (mobile data savings)
  • Internet: Works even on slow connections (buffering and retry support)
  • Battery: Runs in the background without excessive drain
  • Storage: Cloud automatic backup for security

Our system is designed mobile-first. Even with poor internet connections, video uploads can begin.

Privacy and security

Privacy is critical in video sharing. Guests may want to record candid moments without identification.

  • Anonymous upload: Providing a name when sharing videos is completely optional
  • Privacy levels: Event organizer only, guests only, or everyone options
  • No automatic tagging: The system never tags people without your explicit consent; face tagging works only when you approve it and only on your device for detection
  • GDPR compliant: Complies with European data protection regulations
  • Encryption: All videos are protected with encrypted transmission
  • Right to delete: Guests can request deletion of their videos at any time

You can write in your invitation: "Videos will only be shared with family members" or "Videos may be shared on social media."

Edit and share your videos

Once all videos are collected in the gallery, you can perform operations from the admin panel:

  • Trimming: Shorten long videos and cut out unnecessary beginning and ending
  • Create Reels: 15-60 second videos are automatically prepared for YouTube Shorts or Instagram Reels
  • Add Music: Add audio from our royalty-free music library
  • Watermark: Personal watermark or company logo is automatically added
  • Compilation: Combine multiple videos in one montage
  • Social Sharing: Share to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook or TikTok with one click

You can also download videos directly to your device and perform more advanced edits in your own software.

Video sharing at corporate events

At corporate events such as conferences, product launches and galas, video sharing adds additional value:

  • Speaker moments: Presentations and speakers are recorded as short video clips
  • Guest reactions: Real video shows positive reactions of event participants
  • Social proof: Video footage proves the success and appeal of your event
  • Content marketing: Valuable UGC (user-generated content) for corporate social media channels
  • Event report: You can present the event's success to management through video compilation

In corporate settings, it's good practice to mention in your invitation: "This event is set up ready for video recording."

Best practices for video sharing

Lighting

Make sure there is sufficient light at the tables. In dark events, video quality drops significantly.

Sound Quality

When music is too loud, guests cannot record spoken audio. Keep the conversation sound level between tables appropriate.

QR Code Placement

Place QR codes at every table, at entry points and in important locations. Choose places that are easy to find but not distracting.

Internet Connection

Strong WiFi signal is essential at the event venue. Guests need a good connection to upload videos.

Incentive

Light incentives like "the names of the first 10 guests who share videos will be read at the opening" increase participation.

Feedback

As guest videos are collected in the gallery, the event organiser can add a few "likes" to encourage further participation.

Practical examples of use

Wedding Event

You can write in your invitation: "Capture the Most Beautiful Moments On our wedding night, there will be a QR code at each guest\'s table. You can scan it, record your favorite moment from the event and share it. All videos will automatically be added to our gallery. A compilation of our videos from the wedding night will be shared later."

Corporate Conference

You can write in your invitation: "Follow the Conference on Social Media Scan our QR code at the entrance, and you can document session points, networking moments and speakers with video. The best 5 videos will be shared as UGC on LinkedIn and Instagram, with your name credited."

Birthday Party

You can write in your invitation: "Capture Memories with Video [Name]\'s [Age]th birthday celebration will be full of beautiful moments. Scan our QR code at the table, and you can record the moment you danced, the fun you had or the birthday cake and share it. All videos will be collected in our private gallery and kept safe with family forever."

Clearly writing video sharing in your invitation text helps participants prepare and encourages them to record better video from a camera angle perspective.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need fast internet for video sharing?

Yes, a good WiFi connection is required. The event venue should have strong WiFi signal. 4G/LTE also works but is slower. Our system supports buffering and retry on slow connections.

What is the video quality?

It's as good as the device's camera. The system automatically optimises but preserves original quality. Not as professional as a professional videographer, but candid and valuable.

Can I download the videos?

Yes. You as the event organiser can download all videos as a zip file. Guests can download their own videos; access to other guests' videos depends on privacy settings.

Can I share videos anonymously?

Yes, completely anonymous. Providing a name is entirely optional. If you want candid moments to be recorded, use the anonymous option.

When sharing videos on social media, can I give credit?

Privacy settings are important when sharing on social media. An automatic watermark can be added to shared videos. The guest's name can be mentioned to give credit.

Where will I find the videos after the event?

You'll find them in the "Videos" tab of your admin panel. All videos are listed in chronological order. Filtering, downloading and making compilations are possible.

Is there a video size limit?

Yes. The system accepts videos up to 10 minutes long. Longer videos create heavy load on the system. If you need longer videos, you can make short edits for Reels.
