Collect Wedding and Event Photos in One Place with a QR Code

Your guests scan the QR code on the table and upload the photos and videos from their phones without installing an app. Every frame taken during the night gathers in a single gallery; if you like, it streams live on the screen in the room.

Why do guest photos get lost?

The professional photographer captures the ceremony, the first dance and the family portraits. But your friends laughing at the table, your cousins on the dance floor, the moments you cannot see — your guests catch those on their own phones.

These photos are usually either never sent or, days later, arrive compressed and blurry through WhatsApp groups. Within a few weeks they are buried under hundreds of messages.

The purpose of collecting photos with a QR code is simple: to bring every frame taken that night together, at the quality it was taken, in one place.

How does collecting photos with a QR code work?

  1. The guest scans the code

They scan the QR code on the table card or stand with their phone camera. We explain how to display the code on the table in the QR table card guide.

  2. The event page opens

The page for your event opens in the browser. No app install or account creation is needed.

  3. Photos and videos are uploaded

The guest selects and uploads photos and videos they just took or saved in their gallery.

  4. Everything gathers in one gallery

Everything uploaded joins your event gallery, and you follow it from the admin panel.

You can also add the same QR code to your invitation. When a guest scans the invitation they first see your e-invitation page, and on the day of the event the same code takes them to the photo upload area. How the code is used on the printed invitation is on the QR code invitation page.

Live screen: photos appear in the room instantly

Photos uploaded by guests can be projected live onto a projector or LED screen in the room. A guest who sees their own frame appear on screen usually takes one more; after a while the screen starts telling the story of the night by itself.

You control what appears on the screen. You can remove any frame you do not want from the broadcast with a single tap in the admin panel.

Face tagging lets everyone find their own photos

A wedding gathers hundreds, sometimes thousands, of photos. It is a chore for a guest to search through the pile for themselves, and most stop halfway.

Face tagging solves this: when a guest selects their own face once in the gallery, the photos they appear in are gathered for them. Everyone reaches their own frames without endless scrolling.

Videos and a digital guest book

Besides photos, your guests can leave short videos and good-wish messages. A paper guest book often ends the night with a few signatures; guests write in a digital guest book whenever they like, without leaving their tables.

Years later you may find that what you treasure the most is what your loved ones told you that night.

Where are the photos stored and for how long?

  • Photos and videos are stored in their original resolution; they are not compressed like on WhatsApp.
  • Files are kept on encrypted cloud servers based in Turkey.
  • Your archive is stored for 1 year.
  • You can download all photos as a single ZIP file at any time.

After the event we recommend downloading your archive and backing it up on your own computer or an external drive. A single copy is never enough for precious memories.

Which events is it used for?

How QR photo sharing is used by event type
Event Where it helps most
Wedding The moments on the tables and dance floor the photographer cannot see
Engagement and henna night Intimate frames of family and close friends, henna night fun
Corporate event Content taken by guests at launches, galas and company parties
Birthdays and celebrations Gathering photos scattered across different phones in one place

You will find the solutions we offer for corporate events on the corporate events page. If you want to see how the system looks from the guest side, try the live demo on your own phone.

Frequently asked questions about QR code photo sharing

Do guests need to install an app or sign up?

No. When the QR code is scanned, the page opens in the phone's browser and the guest can upload photos and videos straight away.

Is the quality of uploaded photos reduced?

No. Photos and videos are stored in the original resolution they were uploaded from the guest's phone.

What happens if someone uploads an inappropriate photo?

You can remove any photo from the broadcast in the admin panel; a removed photo no longer appears in the gallery or on the live screen.

Do photos upload if the Wi-Fi in the room is weak?

Uploading needs an internet connection. If the venue offers a guest Wi-Fi network, we recommend writing the network name and password on the table card next to the QR code.

How do I get the photos after the event?

You can download all photos from the admin panel as a single ZIP file. Your archive is stored for 1 year.

How much does it cost?

The price depends on the number of guests and the features you choose, such as live screen and face tagging. It can also be used together with the e-invitation. For a quote, get in touch with us.
