Terms of Use

Description of the Service
UQR Event provides e-invitation, QR code photo sharing and event management services. The service is provided "as is". Internet connection, browser compatibility and external services are the user's responsibility.
- •E-Invitation: a web-based digital invitation
- •QR Code Sharing: photo and video uploads
- •Archive: storage for 1 year
User Obligations
Legal Compliance
You will use the service only for lawful purposes. You must comply with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, the KVKK and all other applicable legislation.
Consent and Permission
You must have your guests' permission before photos and videos are uploaded. Guardian consent is required for photos of children (under 18).
Account Security
You will keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Report any unauthorised access immediately.
Responsibility for Content
You must ensure that the content you upload is lawful and does not infringe anyone else's intellectual property. You must not upload inappropriate, inflammatory or violent content.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is prohibited and may lead to your account being closed:
✗Cyber attacks: hacking the site, exploiting vulnerabilities, DoS attacks, data scraping
✗Inappropriate content: sexual, violent or illegal content, or hate speech
✗Copyright infringement: using another person's photos, trademarks or designs without permission
✗Misuse: spam, fraud or gaming the system
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- • Internet connection problems or browser errors
- • Outages of third-party services (Google, hosting)
- • Inappropriate content uploaded by guests
- • Data deleted automatically after 1 year
Data backup: You should keep your own backup of your photos. They are deleted automatically at the end of the 1-year retention period.
Termination of the Service
By you: You can delete your account at any time. Deletion cannot be undone; your data is fully deleted within 30 days.
By UQR Event: Accounts may be closed in the event of prohibited conduct (hacking, inappropriate content, criminal activity), non-payment or repeated complaints.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of Istanbul.
