UQR Event is an individual venture. You can reach us through our official contact address below for any request, inquiry or application regarding your personal data; applications are reviewed promptly.
This policy explains clearly how personal data is processed, stored and protected in the e-invitation, QR code photo sharing and related services provided by UQR Event.
What Data We Collect
E-Invitations & Event Management
- •Organiser: first name, last name, e-mail, phone, event date and venue
- •Guests: first name, last name, e-mail (optional), attendance status
- •Event images: photos used in invitation templates
Photo & Video Sharing
- •Uploaded media: photos and videos uploaded via the QR code
- •Biometric data: faces appearing in photos (if face tagging is enabled)
- •Written content: notes and messages left in the guestbook
- •Technical data: upload date, IP address, session information
Contact Data
- •Your name, e-mail, phone number and the subject of your enquiry
Automatically Collected Data
- •IP address, browser information, device type, operating system
- •Date and time of access and the pages you visit
- •Cookies and similar tracking technologies

You can say "no" to marketing communication.
